Context: 

We are dancing once more at the Winter Warm-up, the yearly dance-event run by the Danish Society Folkdancers in conjunction with the Ruritanian International Folkdance Club.

Many dance-groups each have about 15 minutes to show their stuff - performance, teaching something to the audience, or a bit of both. We've really enjoyed this for the last few years, so this year should be just as good. Great dancers, great costumes, and a lovely venue in Danish House.

Dances: 

Exact dances TBC, but the likely format is:

  • fifteenth century, probably Ginevra (Katherine and David)
  • sixteenth century (Angela, Shannon and Nadia)
  • audience participation (Queen's Almain?)
