Castellana and Alba Novella

Starting a new session of 16thC Italian stuff: we spent most of the evening working on the cascarda La Castellana and the balletto Alba Novella.

Around those, we're doing some easier old favourites (e.g. Amoroso, Anello) to start and finish.

We played an improv/memory game using canary steps: taking turns to add one step to a sequence, before all of us repeat it.
