Castellana and Alba Novella

Starting a new session of 16thC Italian stuff: we spent most of the evening working on the cascarda La Castellana and the balletto Alba Novella.

Around those, we're doing some easier old favourites (e.g. Amoroso) to start and finish.

Today was the first day of our new skipping competition: 100 skips per day, last person to miss a day wins.
