Translation: 

The Reverenza Caminata is done in the time of a breve, or semibreve, following you happen, holding the left foot forwards in passo naturale as is seen in the following figure; noting, that in the first minim, to slide the right foot forwards, doing a passo naturale, in the second and third lowering a little the body, widening the knees, and raising the left heel and in the fourth and last, raise high with the persona upright and with the left foot, do a passo naturale forwards, and it is possible to do this per contrario; it is so called because it is done walking/marching [caminando].
