Translation: 

Beginning with the left foot behind, in passo naturale, lift it from the ground, and thrust it forwards by the right, and do a Trabocchetto, and at the same time give a sottopiede cromatico to the left with the right, and raise the left in front, as in the following figure. This can also be done per contrario. It is so called because one foot catches [ripiglia] the other, and it is done forwards.
