Translation: 

It is done as a trabucchetto ordinario to the left hand, at the same time joining the right foot a little separate [tracacciandolo] in the manner of a fioretto, resting with the right foot in the air. And do it so to the right hand.

[tracacciare might mean something like "chasing across"]
