Translation: 

Beginning with the left foot behind, in passo naturale, thrust it forwards so that the arch of the left left arrives at the right heel, without placing it on the ground, and then with the toes on the ground return the left to the same place from which it were raised, keeping the left heel above the ground. It is so called because you feign to go forwards, and return behind.
