Meza Capriola sù'l Collo del piede (Santucci)

Full name of step in source:
Rule 119. Meza Capriola sù'l Collo del piede. p102
Translation:

Beginning with the left foot behind, in passo naturale, jump up, and thrust it forwards, and at the same time cross it over the instep of the right foot, so that the left heel passes the right toes, as in the following figure, and pressing the legs together, touching the right shin with the left calf twice, as in Rule 106, and it is done with all speed possible. That done, draw the left back and allow yourself to fall lightly to the ground, on the toes, in passo naturale. This can also be done per contrario, and also when you begin with the left foot raised in front. It is called this because you slice over the instep.
