Translation: 

Beginning with the left foot raised in front, jump up as high as you can , and at the same time draw back the left, and thrust the right forwards, passing them three times, as in the other Rules. Then with the left, which ought to be raised behind, give a sottopiede to the right, and raise it in front. This can also be done per contrario, and also beginning with the left in front in passo naturale. It is called this because you "re-chase" [ricaccia] one foot behind the other.
