The Doppio minimo is done in the same manner as the doppio grave, but the half of the time is more quickly than that; that is one does the passi more quickly.

Discussion: 

Whereas in other renaissance dance styles the "double" or "doppio" is the basic travelling step, in sixteenth century Italian sources the "seguito ordinario" usually has that role, and the term "doppio" is used for an ornamental variant.
