The man will stand with with feet even to do this jump, and rising from the ground turning to the left hand will open/ separate the legs casting the left leg behind and the right leg will ride / straddle over the left, and land on the ground on the toes, straight, and doing this gracefully open the knees a little, [to give?] grace and decorum.
