The Seguito trangato is done in four beats, in this manner; in the first beat is done a step with the left foot: in the second another with the right: in the third, even another step, at the same time bending both the knees: and in the fourth beat is done a zoppetto with the left, lifting the right gracefully behind: then beginning with the right foot, continue to do the said Seguiti: and from this effect of dragging [trangarsi] yourself, it has won the name Seguito trangato.
