Translation: 

Do a Zoppetto, and with the foot which you find raised, lower it quickly, doing two scorsi minuti with the toes separate [indispari]. If you wish to do a tracancciata do the same fuga forwards, backwards quickly.

Farai un Zoppetto, e con il piede che si trova alzato calandolo con prestezza con far doi scorsi minuti con la punta dell piedi indispari, volendola far tracancciata se fa l'istessa fuga inanzi, indietro presto.
