I've finished adding my old translations of 16th-century Italian step-descriptions, at last!
Individual steps have their own pages, grouped by type. Links to all of them (and a clear indication of which I've translated and which I are still waiting) are on my concordance.
The quality is a bit variable, as these translations have been done over a number of years.
I intend to check/edit/revise these pages, and add discussions and teaching notes for the more common steps, before put much effort in translating more. As usual, what I work on will be more informed by what's interesting today than by what's the most useful to anyone else.
I've still not included anything on this site about steps for other genres (except Basse danse from Brussels and Toulouze); I suspect it will stay that way for some time.
