Battuta de Piedi (Santucci)

Full name of step in source:
Rule 2. Battuta de Piedi. p23
Translation:

Beginning with the left foot behind, in passo naturale, as seen in the figure, you must lift it from the ground, and thrust it forwards, even with the right, and with the feet about four inches apart, and stamp it on the ground. This can also be done standing with the left in front, or even [with the right], and also per contrario: note that when I say this (that it can be done per contrario) I mean that that which is done beginning with the left behind, can also be done beginning with the right behind. It is so called because you stamp the foot on the ground.
