Balletti

Balletti are often stately processional dances, most commonly for a couple.

They often have one or more faster sciolte, or after-dances, to various triple-time variants of the music.

They are typically choreographed: each dance has a unique, fairly set of steps, performed the same way each time (or nearly so).
